The weather gets colder, that delivery pizza sounds better and better and that workout we promised ourselves we’d do seems further and further away…

🔮We KNOW that we want to feel better,
🔮We KNOW that we want to lose the weight
🔮We KNOW that the efforts of the workouts will pay off…
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🙃But that doesn’t matter in that moment, does it?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
During this time of the year it can be really hard because of the cold or snow time change or excuse after excuse after excuse.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🥳Remember when it was hard during the summer because of all of the parties?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🦋And remember when it was hard during the spring because of the rain and the travel and the time change?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We have to look at it like this:

⚠️What’s harder, executing the things we know we need to do, OR staying the same as we are right now?⚠️

I’ve been there, January 1st after 2 months of saying “fuck it” and guess what-it wasn’t pretty.

🔥Put Postmates away, pack workout clothes with you in the morning and head straight there after work or before work 3-4 days/week.
🔥Preplan your dinners so you don’t have to think about it & make it easy for you to succeed.
🔥Listen to podcasts that inspire you and take action.

No one will know if you skip that workout again or make another frozen pizza-but you will only be hurting yourself in the long run.
