I am grateful to live in beautiful Nashville, TN with an abundance of fresh fruit and vegetables. This one also has a nursery 💐

If you don’t like vegetables raw, no worries! You can always dress them up or hide them in other foods.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Sauté with a little olive oil, garlic, onion, salt & pepper and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Pulse in a food processor and mix in with your burgers or meatloaf, you literally cannot taste it at all!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Grill on the stove or in the oven, toss in a bed of romaine/spinach and top with Bolthouse Farms dressing (OMGGGGG so delish 🤤)

4. Most important!: find veggies you actually like! If you can’t stomach broccoli or eggplant, eat what you DO like and explore all of your options 🙌🏻
