I love eating good food, but creating intense recipes? Nah bro, not for me. I don’t make elaborate dishes at home – I’ll leave that to the professionals, like one of my best friends Sydney👩🍳.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But that won’t stop me from taking at least a minor interest at a recipe and adjusting it to fit MY needs, and making it so it takes no longer than 30 minutes.

🍚Quinoa (can replace a/rice)
🥥Oil
🥒Asparagus
🍤Shrimp (can be replaced w/any protein)
🌽Corn
Celery
🌶Orange bell pepper
Chicken stock
Salt/pepper/parsley/garlic/lemon zest
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Sauté veggies with spices on stovetop using oil spray to cut down a bit on fats.
Sauté oil in a pan with garlic, add shrimp then chicken stock.
Cook quinoa as directed (15 mins!)

🔆BOOM, done.
Balanced meal = Fats, carbs, protein, fiber, vitamins, minerals, FLAVOR 🤤

You don’t know if you like something until you try it so maybe venture out a lil bit 🤗
What is one of your FAVORITE things to make? (Even as easy as PB&J?)
