I’ve been there too & will fall into old habits again sometimes bc life is crazy BUT this cycle only leads to feeling
❎burnt out
❎overwhelmed
❎super fatigued

How we can fix it:
✅ saying “no” to time sucking things on the weekends. Your friends will understand for a few weeks while you’re workin on yourself-if not-find better friends
✅ saying “yes” to drinking more water or asking for a large water w/your coffee order
✅ setting an alarm on your phone to put the work away & get ready for sleep!
✅ MEAL PLAN a few of your meals to ensure you’re getting some sort of nutrients during your day.
(This is essential. Your body will not thrive off potato chips & a Venti vanilla latte girlfriend, trust me 😝)
✅ get in 30 minutes of movement DAILY. Doesn’t have to be a lift/intense cardio. Walking for 30 mins per day significantly makes a difference.

As we’ve seen w/Kobe’s family (♥️) last night-we only have a limited amt of time here so starting to take care of your health NOW is top priority.
