🙃Choose meals you’ll WANT to eat and adjust ingredients and serving sizes accordingly.

🌮DONT close the lids on any of your containers until the food has cooled. This prevents condensation which makes the food mushy.

🌮SEASON YOUR FOOD! And start looking at the nutrition label of your condiments to see if your adding in *hundreds* (🤯) if extra calories simply in condiments/sauces!

🌮follow the 80/20 rule where most of your daily intake comes from whole food sources and throw in a lil bit of fun to make it sustainable🎊
