Dodging and weaving meal plans like…🙅🏼♀️

Oy vey, if I could go back to my 22-26 year old self & tell her life is SO much more than meal plans & lame ass chicken and broccoli I would save many years of frustration!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🤢I was always buying a meal plan or a “meal replacement” shake bullshit excuse for “nutrition help” in order to lose weight.
(Ps I’ll talk about “shakes” another day)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Meal plans are easy-I get it, that’s why I did them! They gave me a guideline of what to eat,
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And sure-I lost a little weight but then I’d gain it back (plus some)😧
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And feel like a complete failure.

The last time I did a meal plan was in 2016
& I gained back
🤯TWENTY lbs in 5 weeks
bc I didn’t understand how to maintain that weight loss without feeling restricted.
