My answer: “in my experience and education, the most important thing that matters is that you are in a caloric deficit, so you can eat however many meals/day you want and still lose weight as long as your calories/macros are right 🤗”

What works:
👙Try to get a balance of protein, carbs and fats in your main meals
👙ensure you’re getting enough water (at least half your body weight in ounces)
👙incorporate some type of resistance training
👙have a scoop of ice cream every now and then 😘
