Maybe do a little light stretching tonight
Workout as normal tomorrow

Yes, if you’re in a calorie deficit & went off track this weekend, you probably just stayed at maintenance for the week
BUT in the grand scheme of your weight loss journey it’s nothing!
Letting your shame & guilt & “fuck it” attitude roll into this entire upcoming week WILL set you back even further so…
Take a deep breath,
Workout as normal
Do your cardio/steps as normal
Eat according to your goals (preferably high protein)
Drink legit all.the.water.
And know everything’s gonna be aight 🤟🏼
