I’m so damn proud of this woman right here. She NEVER turns down a challenge and has been putting in the work physically yes but even more-so mentally.

Down between 5-7lbs, and 22 inches (!!!) BUT the greatest thing about A’s transformation is the mental aspect.

She’s been able to eat more during her deficit than she used to, has gained knowledge about setting up her at home workouts to be progressive (hellooooo strength gains), and has learned incredible self-love tactics and tools to utilize daily.

The hard part is NEVER the food or exercise-it’s the mindset that we have every single day.

It’s incredibly challenging to change our beliefs about ourselves, our worth, our strength and how we view ourselves in regards to failure & success.

She works on her daily affirmations, she’s changing the thoughts she has about herself, about the foods that she eats & having “untracked” meals.

She is a shining example of dedication not only to her physical health but mental health as well and I am so incredibly proud of the strides she’s made.
