SO here’s the deets:
🍝2 servings frozen carrot noodles (can use zoodles or even butternut squash noodles)
🍝5oz grilled/baked chicken
🍝1 light Swiss laughing cow cheese wedge
🍝10g Parmesan cheese
🍝Salt & peppaaaa

52g protein (!!)
21g carb
8g fat
HOLLAAAAAA
