Myyyy fav ways to break through a weight loss plateau:
💪🏼Add in strength training. I knowwww, I know you already know that but maybe your body is too used to the movements you’re doing and needs to be pushed differently.
📝Track you’re eating, bc chances are you are lying to yourself 👀
💔If you’re saying that you’re eating healthy and on plan, TRACK one weekday and one weekend day, chances are they aren’t matching up.
Increase my NEAT- non exercise activity thermogenesis-aka all the movement you do OUT of the gym. If you sit all day at work, walk during your 15 minute breaks or ask a friend to go shopping to get ya butt moving in the evenings 👣
