I definitely understand how some women are afraid of lifting weights but if you go in with support and a plan, you’ll be changing your life in no time ☺️ how “big” your muscles get depends on a lot of factors such as nutrition, genetics, how many years you’ve been lifting, your cardio and overall lifestyle.
One last love nugget: you don’t have to lose 20-30 lbs with cardio before you start lifting weights. As long as your sticking to the routine the weight will stay off WAY better than just cardio alone 💛
