Is meal prepping necessary to make changes? Nope 🤷‍♀️ but I will tell you, it’s helped the majority of my clients and myself stay on track and that’s worth it to me 😘
.
If it seems overwhelming to you, maybe start with bulk food like meats and veggies that you can toss together if you’re in a super rush and are hungry. I meal prep because it makes my life so much simpler, find what works for you! Make sure you prep things you actually want to eat, not just what you think is “needed”.

As always, less than 45 minutes for these Chipotle inspired bowls this week:🌮
Marinated chicken
Spinach
Quinoa
Cherry tomatoes
Peppers for me
Broccoli for Kevin
I’m topping mine with light shredded Mozzarella cheese and Bolthouse Ranch dressing
.
You can jazz them up with different toppings daily even, if you want to keep it “fresh” 💃
.
Breakfasts are my classic OatFit/oat bran + cocao powder + chia seeds + frozen blueberries + Jif whipped PB because it’s just that good 😍
