Today I woke up @ a new low weight. Last week I had a few beers & some greasy fries one day.

Two weeks ago I had some untracked pizza.

A few weeks before that, there was a day where I went over my macros.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🤷🏼♀️Why am I telling you this?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Because the “all or nothing” mentality is what kept me back for YEARS.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’d mess up one day and figure “well I fucked the whole week so let’s go get more take out and not workout because who cares?!”.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Sound familiar?

Your journey in weight loss does NOT have to be 100% “perfect”!
😍Guess what- even with my “off days” I’m still down 8lbs since February.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You will have off days here or there
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✅but if you notice-I mentioned MAYBE 5-6 days over this past month that weren’t on track,
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
👉🏻👉🏻the other 24-25 days WERE on track.
Hitting my macros within 5g those days & working out because my body deserves it & I have goals I want to reach.

(*note-letting Friday lead into a shitty Saturday & Sunday every single week is not going to be beneficial!
Check yourself & choose your battles).

THATS what I mean when I say I’d rather see you @ 80% & thriving rather than 100% and downright miserable.

Wake up the next day after an off day and do your workout & hit your macros not as “punishment” but because you WANT to.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🥳You can still loose weight at 80%, it might take a little bit longer but it’s a helleuva lot more sustainable.

With macros & weight loss, we literally CAN have everything, we just can’t have everything all of the time 🤷🏼♀️

So hit your workouts, eat your proteins, veggies and a treat most days, and take a deep breath knowing that an “off” day every few weeks will absolutely NOT derail your progress long term ❤️
