I triedddd eating 100% clean- dudes, that just wasn’t for me. 80/20 is where it’s AT!

I felt like a failure every time I would try to eat clean and then cave and have a protein bar or something that wasn’t 100% all natural.

I didn’t want to feel guilty anymore! So I learned about the 80/20 rule which means MOST of my meals are whole food/nutrient dense and actually make me FEEL good when I eat them (and have learned to truly crave them!)

🏋🏼♀️They fuel my workouts and ensure I stay healthy.
🥑Find these things in the perimeter of your grocery stores: produce, meats, yogurts.

The OTHER 20% are things that help me meet my macros but aren’t 100% clean such as my oatmeal in the mornings or my serving of Life cinnamon cereal or two Oreos in my yogurt at night.

Involving BOTH of these in a healthy manner allows me to not feel super restricted/cave and binge but still allow me to reach my goals. Do you want to know more about this?
