7 things to look for when you hire a coach:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-certifications: do they have any? Are they macro nutrition based? Do they understand how the human body works?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-client results: do they have results from women who don’t look like them? Are they able to get results for women from different backgrounds and body weights?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-Vibes: do they require you to hop on a call prior to starting to get to know each other? Spending money & time on a coach is an investment so you need to know if you’re a great fit for each other.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-Teaching: is their Instagram all photos of just their body? Or are they actually TEACHING you things in most of their posts, showing you a glimpse of how they teach their 1:1 clients.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-Practicing what they preach: are they constantly in a deficit themselves? Or do they show you how they also live at maintenance calories/macros?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-Is their lifestyle the same one you want to live? Aka don’t hire a bodybuilding competitor if you don’t want to compete yourself-make sure your expectations are realistic.
Just make sure you’re also being open minded to learning new things!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-Lastly-customization: If they say you can get started the next day without even talking with you or getting to know your dieting history, exercise experience or current nutrition intake: their shit ain’t custom!

It’s okay to ask for help 💕
👉🏻I’ve been burned by a shit ton of awful coaches so I know how crappy that feels & why I treat my clients how K want to be treated as a client.
Make sure you’re investing in the right person who can ACTUALLY help you change your life ❤️
