BBQ chicken potato bowl with green beans & tomato’s (Stubbs BBQ sauce is calorie godsend)

Zucchini turkey balls with guacamole Brussels sprouts & couscous

Both around 400 calories, delishhhh and high protein 💪🏼Then we have extra protein sources ready to go to throw into a 15 minute meal when we get home from work. Easy peasy 🤘🏼
