30 min, 3 moves: fire lower body workout 🔥
🔥Goblet squats x 12 reps x 5 sets
(count 3-5 seconds on the way down & SQUEEZE at the top. Ouch.)
🔥Hip thrust x 15 reps SLOW x 5 sets
🔥Reverse lunge x 10 reps slow x 5 sets
(Most people struggle with lunges bc they’re going WAYYY too fast. Slow that shit down)
(PS, during all lower body movements, keep neck neutral and chin slightly tucked to protect your back. If you’re rockin the double chin you’re doing it right)

🤪This is a crazyyyy busy work week for me here traveling to Buffalo for the week but I knew I wanted to do at least 30 minutes of lifting a few times this week while away.
🏋🏼♀️Sometimes we have to remove all the fancy shit, choose a few compound moves (moves that require several muscle groups at the same time) and bang it out.
