30 min, 3 moves: fire lower body workout 🔥
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🔥Goblet squats x 12 reps x 5 sets
(count 3-5 seconds on the way down & SQUEEZE at the top. Ouch.)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🔥Hip thrust x 15 reps SLOW x 5 sets
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🔥Reverse lunge x 10 reps slow x 5 sets
(Most people struggle with lunges bc they’re going WAYYY too fast. Slow that shit down)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
(PS, during all lower body movements, keep neck neutral and chin slightly tucked to protect your back. If you’re rockin the double chin you’re doing it right)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🤓One word I want you to think about during this workout:
FOCUS

🤪This is a crazyyyy busy work week for me here traveling to Buffalo for the week but I knew I wanted to do at least 30 minutes of lifting a few times this week while away.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🏋🏼‍♀️Sometimes we have to remove all the fancy shit, choose a few compound moves (moves that require several muscle groups at the same time) and bang it out.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🔰Save this for the next time you’re short on time and need something effective!
(I was shaking like crazy after the end & YES these 3 moves should take you 30-35 minutes. Stop rushing through your movements đź’ž)
