♠️If you’re traveling- think EASY protein sources like protein powder, protein bars and make substitutions like grilled chicken, grilled shrimp, grilled fish when out to eat where you can. 🤶🏻keeping protein high helps us feel more full & keeps us from grabbing snacks constantly. I’m always STARVING when I don’t start my day with a fueled breakfast.
♦️If you’re getting alcohol, skip the sugary mixers/margaritas and high alcohol beers. My go-to is vodka-water with extra lemon/lime & a crystal light packet.
🤶🏻Alcohol not only dehydrates but leads to the “drunchies” aka drunk munchies 🍕🍟🍔 so rotate with waters; otherwise the tree won’t be the only thing gettin LIT this year 🤪
♣️Substitute a side of fruit or roasted veggies when out. Sounds simple but getting a dose of fiber & nutrients can help prevent us from feeling superrrr bloated from constant processed food during this season!
