3 MAJOR MACRO MISTAKES my clients made when tracking macros before working together:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💣Mistake 1: Too obsessive
-Constantly being in a calorie deficit year-round causes a negative relationship with food, negative mindset surrounding their bodies and can actually cause you to GAIN weight because your hormones are suppressed for too long
SO-we work together on adjusting macros for LONG TERM weight loss while staying healthy.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💣Mistake 2: Logging “in real time” versus preplanning
-Preplan your entries into your tracker daily. Over time, you’ll learn how to swap things out that have similar macros but at first, logging the night before or morning of can keep you accountable (no time for forgetting about foods you ate!) & help you actually reach your macros instead of being left with tons of protein, minimal carbs and 0 fats at night. #canigetanamen?

💣Mistake 3: They try to do it alone
-Macros are not a “one & done” situation-they change according to:
✨Our situations (Injury? Pregnancy? Marathon training?)
✨As our goals change
✨When we need diet breaks for healthy hormones
✨As you reverse diet
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
