1200 calories. Why is that the magic number for us women? Who initially told us that we all need to eat that little to see progress?

If someone says that you need to eat that little to lose weight-run. For real. It blows my mind how little some women are eating!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You don’t have to be crushing 7 workouts/week to eat more.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You don’t have to do an hour of cardio everyday to lose weight.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You don’t need to go on 5 day fasts to lose weight.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I have successfully reversed many women who were eating way too little for their needs with 3, 4 or 5 day workout splits either at home or the gym. Resistance training and the correct fuel will have you changing your body in no time!

Your body needs fuel to LIVE. Do you play with your kids? Do you have a demanding job? Do you play softball or hockey a few nights/week?

Pleaseee please please don’t eat 1200, 1300 or 1400 calories consistently if you’re trying to lose weight. Your body needs to be repaired 💛
